Insulating underlays for heating mats -

INSTALLATION • Stick the TERMOTERM insulation board to a suitable substrate (concrete, reinforced concrete or OSB board). The glue should be spread evenly over the entire surface of the board using a notched trowel. The adhesive used to glue the board should be flexible, and the board must adhere tightly with its entire surface to the appropriate substrate. • Place the boards offset by half of their length • Secure the board joints with a 5 cm wide glass fiber mesh, embed the mesh in elastic adhesive. This guarantees the absence of thermal bridges • A subfloor insulated in accordance with the above recommendations is the basis for installing underfloor heating with a heating mat. • Floor layers should be laid on the TERMOTERM board using elastic adhesive.

Vapor barrier foil

is a CERTIFIED foil that meets the requirements and standards regarding insulation and tear resistance. It is intended for vapor barrier insulation. It is characterized by high vapor tightness, durability and crack resistance. The foil can be an excellent moisture-proof layer under floors, screeds, etc.
