Refund policy
We have a 14 day return policy which means you have 14 days from receiving the item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items returned to us without prior request for return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and fix it.
Exceptions/non-refundable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, for example, custom items (such as special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once your return is accepted, purchase a new item separately.
European Union 14 days to withdraw from the contract
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are sent to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days, without giving any reason or justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the return has been approved or not. If approved, you'll receive an automatic refund using your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
